Hotel and business review management
NayanaReviews.com monitors public reviews and prepares accurate replies for hotels and other businesses whose owners and managers do not have time to do that work themselves.
Services
The contract is to manage online reviews. The work is the part that slips when the day is already full.
Watch the public review sites the contract covers, and notice new guest comments so they are not left unseen.
Prepare a reply that tracks what the guest wrote, in time for it to matter. This service does not promise a rating, a ranking, or a particular score.
Read the comments for what guests repeat, and turn that into a short account an owner or manager can use. It is a reading of the feedback. It is not a score.
How it works
Send an inquiry about a hotel or another business you are authorized to speak for.
If the work is a fit, the contract names the public review sites it covers.
Guest feedback on those sites is monitored, and responses are prepared so they can be accurate and prompt.
What is posted, and who posts it, is agreed there. This page does not set those terms.
Contact
Tell us the business and what you want help with. The form stores the note. It does not create an account, and it does not send email.
Privacy
This page does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party scripts. The logo and the type (Newsreader and Inter) are files on this site.
If you submit the form, the site stores your name, email address, business name, website if you included one, and message. The purpose is to let the operator of NayanaReviews.com read an inquiry about review management. The rows sit in a Cloudflare D1 database attached to this site. They are not published here. There is no public page that lists or retrieves submissions.
The form does not ask for a phone number, postal address, payment card, or password. A hash of the network address Cloudflare presents, and the time, may be stored when an inquiry is saved, so repeated automated submissions can be limited. The address itself is not stored. A hash of an IPv4 address can be reversed by trying addresses, so treat it as a short-lived abuse record. Those abuse-limit rows are removed after about two days. The inquiry itself is kept until the operator deletes it. This website has no control that shows or erases a stored inquiry.
This deployment does not send email. Saving an inquiry does not send a message to you, and it does not email the operator. No street address or phone number is published on this page.
